REAL PEOPLE.
REAL SHIFT.
REAL RESULTS.

Leadership isn't something you learn once. It's something you choose to practice — again and again. Here's what happens when leaders decide to make that choice.

01
Leadership Coaching

I've never felt more confident and understanding of myself than I have while working with Josh.

As soon as I met Josh I felt his love and compassion to understand everything about not only me but my entire life. He never does anything with one foot in, one foot out. His drive for excellence is unmatched and he will find a way to succeed no matter what. It has been an honor to share his space and feel how much he cares about me as a person and my goals as well. His ability to understand any type of situation and see it from all points of views helps him spot the problems or find the solutions with clear eyes. I've never felt more confident and understanding of myself than I have while working with Josh. He gets the best version out of everyone he comes in contact with and all he's doing is being himself. I could not be happier to have crossed paths with Josh because he truly cares about what he does and he makes sure you feel all of what he brings. His leadership qualities set him apart, but you never feel like he's above you — you feel as if you've been best friends forever and he's going to help you destroy whatever obstacle is in your path. He's already helped me so much and I'm so excited to continue learning and growing from him because he never stops pushing you to be the best you.

02
Organizational Leadership

The course built a corps of leaders who are more effective at producing positive mission outcomes.

During my tenure as Commander of the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot AFB, North Dakota, I leaned on Josh's expertise to provide a professional development seminar for key leaders in my organization. Josh taught a multi-day course for Non-Commissioned Officers, the most important leadership in the Wing. He motivated them to find a renewed dedication to the military profession and uphold the standards expected of a leader at this echelon. The feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many commented that it was the wakeup call they needed and it restored their sense of purpose. Others stated that he provided new leadership tools that will make them more effective leaders. I definitely witnessed a positive return on investment. The course built a corps of leaders who are more effective at producing positive mission outcomes and taking care of those that they lead. I would love to have Mr. Roberts back, and I highly recommend his services.

03
Leadership Development

His unique ability to push people beyond their perceived limits while maintaining their trust is a rare skill.

As the Command Chief of the 28th Bomb Wing, I witnessed firsthand the transformative impact Josh's leadership style and teaching brought to the Raiders at Ellsworth AFB. Josh's understanding of the principles and solid approach to leadership is truly exceptional. He truly connects with and inspires everyone he meets. Drawing from 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, Josh brings a wealth of tested experience and practical knowledge to his teachings. His unique perspective, shaped by both triumphs and challenges, allows him to deeply relate to individuals at all levels and in nearly every stage of a working life. What sets Josh apart is his ability to cut right to the heart of what matters. His method guides individuals to see the truth about themselves and to see their true potential. The approach is not about comfort, but rather about challenging leaders at all levels to grow and overcome obstacles.

04
Organizational Culture

I had the privilege of witnessing Josh's timeless abilities in action where he was vital to our organizational climate and success.

A born leader with an insatiable hunger to continue mastering his craft, Josh is nearly unrivaled in his ability to motivate people, forge teams and guide them to achieve feats previously unthinkable to its members. I had the privilege of witnessing Josh's timeless abilities in action where he was vital to our organizational climate and success. He is a powerful presence, blending forcefulness with deep empathy and careful thoughtfulness, evidenced by both his quick decision-making skills and aptness as an advisor and listener. When he stands in front of formations, all in attendance, regardless of hierarchical position, hang on his words with rapt attention. I highly recommend any organization leverage his talent to transform their leadership mindset.

05
Speaking & Events

He presented with heart, knowledge, and real-life experiences.

Just recently, we had Mr. Roberts speak at our annual corrections conference. Mr. Roberts presented with heart, knowledge, and real-life experiences. I have always admired and respected presenters that can relate their topics to real life situations. He was so good in fact, that everyone that was in attendance has asked that he returns to our next conference. I do have evaluation cards that the audience filled out and to say he was less than amazing would be an understatement. I would highly recommend Mr. Roberts to present to anyone willing to have their lives touched in a positive manner.

Coaching & Mentorship

He will make you think, and he will make you work.

As a coach and motivational speaker, Joshua Roberts pulls no punches. He is not afraid to have fun, but he is also not afraid to tell it like it is. If you're looking for that outside force to help propel you to your next level, Josh is your guy. He's going to give it to you straight. He will tell you where you're failing. He will celebrate with you when you win. He takes his relationships seriously and craves incredible success for those he leads and mentors. As a leader with high-level experience, he knows the ins and outs of motivating driven individuals to perform and improve. I highly recommend Josh as a coach and a motivational speaker.

He brings out the best leader in those around him, while leading by example in his own life.

As someone who holds the responsibility of leadership to be sacred, I have a deep respect for Josh. He brings out the best leader in those around him, while leading by example in his own life.
